Mark Sganga
Mark Sganga is a multi award-winning virtuoso guitarist. He brings acoustic guitar to life using fingerstyle technique to create inventive arrangements, a rich tapestry of beautiful melody, dynamic rhythm, and rich harmonic textures. He has won the “International Fingerstyle Championship,” is a mainstage performer at the venerable Walnut Valley Festival in Wichita, and is a performer and judge at the Indiana State Fingerstyle Guitar Competition. He has performed with Les Paul, Taj Mahal, Herbie Hancock, Lary Coryell and many more of the guitar legends. His broad repertoire includes jazz, blues, folk, pop, Latin and classical. He has toured the world, from Stockholm to Australia, and around the United States, and has headlined numerous festivals.
Mark performs solo, or leading ensembles ranging from trio to sextet.
